On behalf of the Consortium for Globalization of Chinese Medicine (CGCM), it is my great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 22nd Annual Meeting of CGCM (CGCM 2026), which will take place from July 25 to 27, 2026, at China Medical University in Taichung, Taiwan. This year’s meeting is graciously hosted by the College of Chinese Medicine, China Medical University, with Dean Hung-Rong Yen and CGCM–Taiwan Chapter Coordinator, Professor Yi-Tsau Huang, jointly serving as the Co-convenors of the Organizing Committee.
CGCM is a global, non-profit, non-discriminatory, and non-political organization dedicated to advancing the field of Chinese herbal medicine to benefit humankind. Through the joint efforts of academic institutions, industries, and regulatory agencies around the world, CGCM strives to develop platform technologies essential for scientific advancement, facilitate meaningful interaction and collaboration across institutes through information and resource sharing, promote high-quality international research and development, and support both industry partners and regulatory authorities in the scientific evaluation of Chinese herbal medicine products. Ultimately, the Consortium seeks to position Chinese herbal medicine as a cornerstone for future medicine—where the strengths of West and East come together.
The CGCM Annual Meeting has long served as an influential platform that brings together leaders from diverse disciplines to exchange ideas, share scientific progress, and foster collaborative opportunities. CGCM 2026 will continue this tradition by offering a dynamic program featuring cutting-edge research, regulatory perspectives, technological innovations, and global developments in Chinese medicine, natural products, and integrative health. Your support and participation are vital to sustaining the international impact and long-term mission of CGCM.
