- Deadline for Abstract Submission - March 31, 2026 (23:59 (GMT+8))
- Submission of an abstract is not equivalent to registration.
- Those who fail to pay the registration fee by June 30 will be disqualified from submitting abstracts and attending the conference.
General Guidelines
- Abstracts must be exclusively submitted in English through the online system on the congress webpage. (Abstract submission).
- Please limit the abstract to one A4 page.
- Submission of abstracts does NOT constitute registration for the Meeting. All presenters are required to make registration for the Meeting separately.
Important Notes on Applying for a Travel Grant
- Those interested in applying for travel grant should submit their abstracts, register for the conference, and pay the fees together by March 31.
- Travel Grant recipients can apply for a full refund of their registration fee on the day of the conference.
