VISA and Entry Information
All participants are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa, entry permit, and travel documents required for entry into Taiwan.
Visa and immigration requirements vary depending on nationality, passport type, country or region of residence, and applicable governmental regulations.
Participants are strongly advised to contact the nearest Taiwan Embassy, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO), or Taiwan Representative Office for the most up-to-date visa and entry information before making travel arrangements.
To avoid delays, participants are encouraged to begin the visa or entry permit application process as early as possible, preferably at least 2–3 months before the conference.

Please note the following important information:
- The application process may require additional supporting documents and administrative procedures.
- Applications are subject to review and approval by the relevant Taiwanese governmental authorities.
- Processing times may vary and may require several weeks or longer depending on the individual case and current regulations.
