Participants who have been awarded a CGCM 2026 Travel Grant that includes a registration fee waiver, but who have already completed payment of the conference registration fee, will be eligible for an on-site registration fee refund.
Please note the following important arrangements
- Registration fee refunds will be processed only after the participant has physically attended the conference and completed on-site registration procedures.
- Eligible participants are required to visit the designated Registration Counter during the conference to complete the refund process.
- Refunds will be processed directly to the original credit card used for payment.
- Due to banking and credit card processing procedures, the refunded amount may require approximately 1-2 billing cycles (approximately 2-4 weeks) to appear in the participant’s account, depending on the issuing bank and credit card company.
Participants may be asked to present
- a valid identification document,
- the official Travel Grant Award Letter,
- proof of conference registration/payment,
- and other supporting documents if necessary.
Please note that
Only participants who actually attend the conference in person are eligible for the registration fee refund.
No refunds will be processed for no-shows, incomplete attendance, or failure to complete on-site verification procedures.
The organizing committee reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to processing the refund.
